Soto tripe recipe from Palangkaraya City

Soto is one of those soup dishes that can be eaten at any time. It doesn't just have to be cooked with shredded beef or chicken. However, it can also be cooked with beef like tripe as a garnish.

 

This soto recipe can be made with your favorite ingredients such as beef tripe. Before mixing with the soto sauce, the tripe must first be processed so that it is soft and the unpleasant smell disappears.

Soto tripe recipe

• Food 500 g 
• shredded cabbage 
• Short shoots 
• Celery leaves 
• liik 
• Tomatoes (if you like) 
• fried onions 
• Emping (support only) 

Ingredients: 

• 10 shallots 
• Garlic 10 
• 10 candles 
• Coriander 1 tbsp 
• Turmeric 1 part 
• Ginger 1 part 
• galangal anuahade 
• lemongrass extract 
• 5 pcs bay leaves 
• 10 oranges 

 

How to do it: 

 

Cook the tripe until soft, drain and set aside. Mix red onion, white onion, ginger, coriander, candlenuts and turmeric until smooth, then fry in pure oil. Add lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant and off. Boil 1/2 small pot of water, bring to a boil, add tripe. Add the pre-cooked ingredients. Add salt, salt, a little sugar. Wait 30 minutes until the spices are completely absorbed by the sauce and the trie. Turn off the light.

Prepare the rice, add the tripe cut into small pieces, cabbage, sprouts, green onions, soup leaves, tomatoes, stir it into the soup. Sprinkle fried onions and add emping.
